Custom receives a credit for each of the first 12 months. Credit amount will depend on programming packages selected. 3-Month Premium: Customer receive a credit for each of the first 3 months. Digital Home Advantage: Requires 24-month qualifying programming purchase, Social Security Number, valid major credit card and credit approval. If qualifying service is terminated prior to end of 24-month period, cancellation fee equal to the lesser $360 or $15.00 per cancelled month of service will apply.
